Bob Tyrrell "Having an incredible artist for a father, I grew up wanting to be an artist myself. Just shy of turning 30, I got my first tattoo. Of course, I was hooked. I was later offered an apprenticeship with Tramp, the owner of Eternal Tattoos, and within three months I was tattooing full time. I was 34 years old when I started, a little late in the game, but better late than never! To all my friends, thanks for the never ending inspiration; you know who you are! "

Carlos Torres has been tattooing for about 15 years. Mostly self-taught, he worked at a couple of tattoo shops before he got his big break at So. Cal Tattoo in San Pedro CA. It was there he learned the most and started to perfect his tattoo portfolio. Specializing in Black & Gray realism, he loves doing all tattoos, color, portraits, etc. He began painting about 7 years ago and has a deep passion for it. Carlos works and owns Timeline Gallery in San Pedro CA.

Robert Atkinson: was born in 1969 and is a native of LA. In 1992 some friends chipped in and bought him his first tattoo kit. After practicing for a few years, Robert started working at Melrose Tattoo. Robert then moved to Holland to work at Dragon Tattoo in Eindhoven. There he laid the roots of what would become his signature western oriental style of tattooing.Robert settled back in Los Angeles in 2001. Robert now works privately at Dolorosa Tattoo, 11930 Ventura Blvd, Studio City.

Jack Rudy is an American tattoo artist notable for his reinvention of the 'Black and Gray' style of tattooing, realistic portraits, and single-needle use. He is considered to be one of the top tattoo artists in the world. After leaving the Marines in 1975, Rudy began his career as an apprentice at Goodtime Charlie's Tattooland, in East Los Angeles under Charlie Cartwright. He is the owner of Tattooland, an 'old school' street shop, located in Anaheim, California.

Myke Chambers - At a young age, Myke left home with a backpack and his dog to wander the countryside. He began his tattoo apprenticeship in the early 90's. Myke's style has strong roots in Traditional Americana, though he likes to put his own spin on the basic concepts of Old School, his style is clearly his own. Today, he's trying to focus on painting and growing with every new endeavor he undertakes.

Nikko Hurtado is an American tattoo artist who specializes in color portraits. Hurtado was born in the San Fernando Valley, California in 1981 and began tattooing in 2002, eventually starting his own tattoo parlor, the Black Anchor Collective in Hesperia, California. He has been featured on LA Ink and Ink Master, as well as several instructional DVDs.

Shawn Barber's body of work focuses primarily on painting, portraiture, and documenting contemporary tattoo culture. Barberʼs intimate renditions of tattooed individuals balance both meticulous brush strokes and loose energy. Figurative in nature, these large paintings take on abstractions with explosive colors, meandering lines and paint dripping down the canvas. When he is not traveling or painting, he can be found working at Memoir Tattoo in Los Angeles, CA.
